I am a twenty-something-year-old freelance photographer and all-around artist. I am passionate about global affairs, archaeology, architecture, and food. I bring these passions to my travel guides, so you will see a focus on museums, art, and food in my blogs.

Fun fact: I have done archeology internationally and been involved in work surrounding food policy.

My travel journey began as a young girl needing to travel in order to see family, but I truly fell in love with traveling at university. During my studies, I had the opportunity to travel abroad, work, and do an internship abroad. I used these experiences to continue traveling, and I haven’t stopped since.

I grew up traveling with my large, extended family, and we explored both the United States and further abroad. As such, I began learning how to plan trips for groups of 20+ people with ages from five to eighty years old. From this, I became a person who plans their itineraries to a T.

My itineraries (and my family’s) are not for the faint of heart. When I travel, I want to see EVERYTHING. I usually end up doing a bit less than I plan to, but with no regrets.

Larger, dynamic groups require a level of detailed planning that you can often skip in solo travel or in smaller-group settings; however, since that is where I gained my experience, my plans follow that level of detail.

I have traveled to over 40 countries and have experience with both luxury travel and hostel living. I am generally more likely to be found at a hotel, but some of my favorite memories are from friends and unexpected adventures met through staying at hostels.
